Casa Elmo is a detached house of 90 m2, with 400 m2 of private fully fenced garden (fence height of 1.5 meters) and private outdoor swimming pool (size: 3m x 2m x height 90 cm).
Casa Elmo is situated in the hamlet of Elmo (Municipality of Sorano - GR, a charming town!) 7 km from Pitigliano.

Prices include: water, electricity, supply of household linen and set of towels per person with linen change for bi-weekly bookings. Use of: table and iron, barbecue, outdoor swimming pool diameter (3 x 2 x h 0.90 m), parking inside the property. Cot and high chair for children to be requested when booking: free. Pets are welcome at no additional charge.
Prices do not include: final cleaning €80.00, gas heating according to consumption: €10.00/day, washing machine (€5.00 per wash).
